Review of The Herbal Medicine-Maker's Handbook: A Home Manual
Since I read the ingredient lists on commercial 'herbal' remedies I am looking for ways to make herbal remedies at home, because I do not want me or my family to put in our bodies substances like sodium benzoate, saccharine, aspartame etc. I am also looking for ways to make various face and body cosmetics at home without chemicals. This book is really helpful and inspiring for me, it describes not only the making of those herbal remedies, but also some tips on choosing medical plants to grow, how to forage them and store. Galore of knowledge!
